inspovert

Grab your creative hats for a floral arrangement workshop hosted by inspovert. The event is called, 4 da MUVAS. It is for moms and the people that love them (open to everyone).

The floral arrangement workshop is Saturday, May 11th from 2-6pm at the Creative Suitland Arts Center.

According to Briana Falwell, CEO & Creative Director of inspovert, this event goes beyond the love of a mother. And yes, according to her, inspovert must remain lowercased.

“[This is] to not only give moms the love and support they need, but for them to also give it to themselves. Give yourself your flowers with our #4daMUVAS Floral Arrangement Workshop!” She said.

The brand inspovert is inspired by an introvert. The business inspovert, creates inclusive, creative spaces where everyone can find inspiration, peace and connection.

The location of the event is 4719 Silver Hill Road, Suitland, MD 20746.

PoshTude Embroiders

For the lovers of embroidered products, this might be the business for you.

Caitlin White is the owner, operator of PoshTude Embroiders. She has over a decade of experience creating finished garments essentials in-house to get orders completed by deadlines.

For Mother’s Day, their gifts available for the motherly figures in one’s life include personalized robes, eye masks, slippers and pajama sets.

“Many of our clients’ favorites have been keepsake handkerchiefs, tote bags with religious sayings or quirky mom quotes or showing off their love in a cozy sweatshirt and mug,” she said. “This year we are expanding in creating unique gift baskets as most of our clients purchase various items from our shop to make mom feel extra special and loved.”

She added on:

“We currently offer custom screen-printed, heat press, sublimated and embroidered products to include T-Shirts, other apparel, hats, mugs/tumblers, totes/bags, luggage tags, robes, loungewear and so much more!” White said.

She said the products are the perfect gift as they can be cherished for years to come.

“There is a special touch with our keepsakes and gift baskets as every item is hand-picked and centered around mom, grandmother or any special lady!”

She does have a stock of preset products — mostly of religious nature that can be purchased for any occasion.

Customers may purchase on the website at www.poshtudeembroiders.bigcartel.com. Customers may also submit an email using the contact form on their web page or email directly to missposhtude@gmail.com. North Carolina

Vineyard at the Old Place

This SOLD OUT event by the establishment, Vineyard at the Old Place is a Mother’s Day Brunch hosted by owner, Dorrie Evans.

This is her fourth annual Mother’s Day Brunch to honor her mother who passed 22 years ago. Evans is a mother herself.

She wanted to make Mother’s Day special for women who still have their mothers and something for expecting mothers.

The establishment and the event is in Peachland, NC.

Floral arrangements will be done by a local artist. One of the gift pieces is a decorative bottle with a jeweled piece.

This wedding venue is just a piece (of a BIGGER piece) of her family farm nestled on over 50 acres of land.
